Past Events

Black Balloon Day
2021, 2022, 2023
On March 6, across the United States families and loved ones remember and celebrate the lives lost to overdose. This day quickly became Black Balloon Day.
The Joey Domenici Foundation & Macka’s Mission will be remembering Woburn residents who have lost their lives to overdose by filling Woburn center with black ballloons and photos of our loved ones. Black Balloon day is such an impactful day and they all deserve to be honored and be the faces to spread awareness around our community. They were more than their addiction. They were sons, daughters, siblings, grandchildren, aunts and uncles. They were hard working, compassionate, loving individuals.
